Fee Review Request

Healthcare providers calculate medical record fees/costs using a mathematical algorithm that incorporates the specific fee schedule for the provider's state if one exists. Therefore, fees may vary from state to state and can be influenced substantially by recent court rulings such as Ciox Health v. Azar. Also, certifications and billing statement costs are generally not represented in the state-to-state fee schedules and typically do not have fee limits.

The Records Company is unable to dispute fees/costs with providers. Unfortunately, when disputing fees/costs with providers, this takes a substantial amount of time, effort, and resources. In doing so, the quality of service is jeopardized, and we take our performance and quality record retrieval service seriously.
